Vinyasa Flow in West Dorset

I am an experienced vinyasa flow teacher who has taught in London and internationally for the past 4 years.
My classes are filled with laughter, challenge and rooted in the traditions of the eight limbed path.
Having practiced from childhood I have integrated my learnings into a playful and focused teaching style.
Classes rage from basics to joyful flow to deep yin and restorative work.
My teachers include, Manju Jois, Vijay Amir, Ana Forrest, Stewart Gilchrist, Amanda Denton and Paul Harvey of the Viniyoga dynasty.
