A gentle and slow paced class for all ages or abilities, but suitable for beginners and those with bad backs or other issues needing care. Adaptations given for those who need it.

I teach a style of yoga called hatha flow/hatha vinyasa which flows from posture to posture using the breath. However I have a passion for anatomy, which has a strong influence on my teaching. Classes generally involve some pranayama practice (breathing exercises) to improve respiration, calm the mind and increase energy levels. Each class ends with a relaxation session. These classes are suitable for anyone looking to destress, improve their posture, strength, flexibility and general health. The classes are all fairly small so students get plenty of help and postures can be tailored to a student's needs.
I am also fully trained to teach pre and post natal yoga.
