Chaithanya Yoga School

The Yoga Classes consist of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation; Sun Salutation with variations or warming-up exercises, some mantras at the beginning and end of the class. You will feel an increase of flexibility and strength of the body and a deeply relaxed mind and calmness after each class. Newcomers and those with yoga experience welcome. The comprehensive Chaithanya Yoga Book can be purchased which includes practice schedules.

Sound Massage (1-1)
The Singing Bowls are placed on or near the clients dressed body. Hearing and bathing in the harmonious overtone rich sounds leads to rapid and effective deep relaxation. The massage aims at releasing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blockages such as muscle tension, anxiety, depression, hanging on to old patterns.

All clients feel deeply relaxed after the massage, some clients have experienced a blissful state of consciousness. Some clients felt their backache gone in only a few sessions.

This massage helps all the bodies vibrate in harmony, in perfect health.

Sound Bath with Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls, once a month. You can experience the positive and powerful healing and relaxation energies of sound. You can just lie down and enjoy the sound tapestry. Dates on www.chaithanyayogaschool.com and www.soundbliss.org

Private Yoga Tuition (1-1) available.

Colon Cleansing (1-1) - the yoga version - with salt water and exercises, very effective and easy to learn.

Kundalini Kriiya Yoga (1-1) - the practice was given to us by Swami Atmachaithanya, it consists of powerful mantras, some breathing technique and a mudra. The daily practice can consist of 15 or 30 minutes and will bring great benefits such as increase in energy levels, positive state of mind, clarity of mind, experience of total peace.
