For the past fifteen years, The Yoga Studio has offered a range of general yoga classes and yoga therapy and homeopathy for medical and non medical conditions. Alistair, the principal tutor trained at the Yoga Biomemedical Trust in London and is on the CNHC register as an accredited Yoga Therapist. For more than thirty years he has studied and practised homeopathy and as well as still taking a number of yoga classes he is now increasingly seeing individual clients at his private studio in Rostrevor.
Over the past three years, together with Alison Roberts and input from other renowned practitioners, Alistair has been rewriting and updating the professional training programmes that had previously been delivered at the studio, to make them available online. The Yoga Foundation and The Practical Yoga for Health and Social Care courses are now available to be taken as distant learning courses in practitioners own time, with mentor support. Go to the website yogastudiointernational.com for details. These courses are offered in modular format and individual modules can be undertaken and used as CPD credits
