This class may include some flowing sequences. It is a more fitness based style of yoga to improve CORE, STRENGTH STABILITY & MOBILITY & MORE.....

~ Learn to breath more easily to improve energy levels & ability to fight off illness
~ Qualified & Insured with years of experience in teaching.
Held from a lovely warm & clean log cabin, all set up for yoga. (Cool in the summer)
6 weeks courses are best for regular practise & people who want to save money. Pay as you go is available subject to space.
