Starting Thursday 9th October 2014 - A revitalising and relaxing workout which includes a blend of Yoga based postures, traditional stretching, Core exercises from Pilates, balance work and a final relaxation section. This class is taught to relaxing music.

I qualified as an Exercise To Music instructor in 1991 and have been working in the field of fitness since. In recent years I gained a Fitness Yoga and Bodybalance qualifications and I have been teaching these programmes over the last 5 years in health clubs and privately. I am approachable and friendly, and have a dynamic teaching style and I am passionate about educating and helping participants enjoy the benefits of exercise injury free, with a strong emphasis on technique, posture, and quality of movement.
