I offer a safe and inclusive space for people to explore their potential through traditional Hatha yoga, using asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and simple meditation/guided relaxation. As well as teaching yoga, I have a degree in physiotherapy and have worked as an holistic therapist for the past 13 years. My passion is to inspire people to find the best version of themselves through yoga and complementary therapies.
