Quite possibly the perfect antidote to a busy day. Unravel the body and mind to prepare for a restful evening with slow flowing asana (poses) to stretch and strengthen, pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the mind, ending with a gorgeous guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels; beginners most welcome. All equipment can be provided.

Yoga with Basma

I offer a safe and inclusive space for people to explore their potential through traditional Hatha yoga, using asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and simple meditation/guided relaxation. As well as teaching yoga, I have a degree in physiotherapy and have worked as an holistic therapist for the past 13 years. My passion is to inspire people to find the best version of themselves through yoga and complementary therapies.
