Dynamic yoga involves the linking of asanas with breath which is vinyasa. The student learns specific sequences of breath-synchronized movements which are used to transition between sustained postures, traditional hatha yoga poses¸ improving balance, stability, flexibility, strength, and toning. Dynamic yoga not only cleanses, heals and strengthens the physical body but also raises the consciousness of the practitioner toward enlightenment.
