Born in Australia, Elizabeth trained in classical ballet from an early age. She moved to Britain in 2004 to pursue a professional career in dance and worked with dance companies both nationally and internationally performing and teaching dance in the community.
Alongside her career in dance, Elizabeth began studying yoga and discovered it's ability to enhance both her physical and mental well being.
In 2008, Elizabeth returned to Australia to study a blend of hatha, vinyasa and dynamic yoga in Port Douglas with Yoga Trinity. Whilst there she learned how to incoporate what she had gained as a dancer into her yoga teaching. Blending breath with movement and teaching a very dynamic, flowing class that challenges and also has a sense of humour and lightness to it.
On completing her training, Elizabeth has been in high demand. She has taught at yoga centres in Australia and the UK, in gyms, at fitness (boot) camps and in schools.
In 2009 Elizabeth also completed further teacher training with David Swenson (a renouned Ashtanga Yogi).
Elizabeth teaches many different styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, dynamic, ashtanga and power yoga.
Recently Elizabeth has become increasingly interested in Jivamukti Yoga, and also incoporates elements of this discipline into her classes.
She is now based in North London, teaching private classes for clients as well as classes in summer on Hampstead Heath and starting group drop-in classes in early 2012.
