This is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice where we flow between standing, balancing, and floor-based asanas (postures) coordinated with the breath. We finish with a savasana (relaxation) to refresh your mind and relax your body. Great if you’re looking to find balance & flexibility in the body & mind, explore the breath, build a little strength, and take some time for yourself.
There will be options to try some fun balances if you wish (not compulsory!) and see what it’s like to fly.
ALL levels welcome but you will get more out of the practice if a downward dog pose is accessible to you. Come with an open heart & mind.
This is a great opportunity for you to connect with your body, your breath & your community while having some fun at the same time
Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat. Let me know if you don't have one.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a practicing yoga teacher and speech and language (voice) therapist based in Surrey. I love to travel and wherever I go I will find an opportunity to practice yoga. Other interests include calisthenics, lifting weights, drinking coffee, and aromatherapy.
I primarily teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and am a qualified Rocket Yoga Teacher
Having grown up doing a lot of sports and dancing, I've always been someone that likes to move. My initial interest in yoga came from a love of flowing through different movements and stretching, and it was very much focused on the physical poses.
It wasn’t until the start of the pandemic in 2020, when I was working on hospital wards during the covid effort, where I found my regular yoga practice. This was where I started to explore yoga beyond the physical side and explore pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness and meditation. Yoga brought me a sense of inner peace, balance and freedom.
Yoga became a huge part of my life and I started my yoga teaching journey so I could share my love of yoga with others. I also draw upon my understanding of the breath, mindfulness and tension release to support people with voice problems in my clinical role.
In my classes I like to create a space where people can move with intent and move with the breath, find mental lightness and space, and have fun. My classes are set to music to flow to and you will have opportunities to challenge yourself physically if you wish, but there is never any pressure!
