This Dynamic and Powerful Yoga Class is suitable for students who have either regularly attended weekly yoga classes or have a good experience of the Yoga postures, practice, and Sun Salutation taught by myself. The class is also suitable for anyone at an intermediate level of yoga, but is not necessary as full instruction on the yoga technique is given by the yoga teacher throughout each class. This Yoga Class is Dynamic by nature, and is geared to generating a Strong physical work out, which will quickly tone and strengthen your body.
