Namaste - I am Jenny and I would like to share a bit about me.
I started doing yoga on and off for a few years, taking it slowly as my joints were stiff and sore. I started to see results, so I officially took the plunge in 2005 to practise on a regular basis. Taking up yoga was a big challenge, but with perseverance and regular practice, I have managed to achieve the quality of life I wanted. I no longer suffer from some of the ailments I had in the past, and since practising yoga, I never fail to sleep like a baby—pain-free. My teacher encouraged me to take up my yoga teacher training course so I could help others.
I am now in my 60's, and I feel strong, healthy, and flexible thanks to yoga, which has also given me a sense of peacefulness.
I am pleased to announce the opening of “Jenny’s Yoga Loft” in Polesworth on the 30 December 2017, so I can share my experience and help others with all that I have learned.
