I trained with Yoga Scotland to become a teacher and have now taught adults for 18 years. The nervous system learns movement patterns on the mat which with awareness, can be used in everyday life to benefit the wellbeing of the body, mind and emotions.
I also gained the British Wheel of Yoga certificate to teach yoga to children. A nine month course as opposed to some schools who train in a day or weekend only. I have taught children of all ages (including special needs) for around 11 years.
I also have a British wheel of yoga post diploma in teaching yoga to people living with cancer.
