I am a former dancer with 30 years experience teaching dance classes. Ten years ago I qualified as Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor because I believe that all forms of exercise are beneficial, there is no one only way , we are all different and unique. Later I started my journey as Yoga teacher, as it is my aim to give people all the possible tools to find the language of their own bodies and reclaim their inner strength. My classes are a mix of all the disciplines I have learnt, and hope to continue learning, to help people to build the healthiest relationship with their own strength, mind and soul.
