Alison Roberts is a qualified Yoga Fellowship of Northern Ireland teacher who started by training in the traditional way of "param para" under the guidance of her teacher and friend Helen MacBroom (Parasmani). Helen first trained as a disciple of Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati and is a qualified BWY, IYF and All India Council of Yoga Teacher. The two founded the Ananda Yoga Circle in 2006, holding classes in East Belfast and Holywood and both are involved in various Teacher Training Programmes in Ireland including YFNI, YTTC and The Yoga Studio. Alison was also a course director and senior course tutor for Yoga Studio International.
