A softer way to practice yoga and help support your physical, mental and emotional self in a busy world. This is a chair based class with a warm and welcoming group. All are welcome. Please note this class operates in term time only so please contact me before first attendance :-)
Please bring your mat if you have one (if not you can borrow one), a cosy blanket and an open mind :-)

I have had the pleasure of sharing Hatha Yoga in my locality since 2012 and currently run 9 regular weekly classes. I was drawn to teach through my passion for this beautiful practice and a desire to spread it's amazing properties with others. My classes are friendly, welcoming and open to all. Feel free to call me in advance if you would like to discuss any elements of attending.
There is no need to book or sign up. I appreciate that many people work shifts and life can get busy sometimes so it's lovely to come and practice when it suits you! I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist and work with people on a one to one basis. The healing properties of yoga are extensive and this work enables us to go deeper.
