Firefly Yoga

Firefly yoga is a yoga studio in Cwmfelinfach, near Newport, South Wales. We offer classes in 7 different styles; Hatha, Yoga Set Sequence, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, Bikram Hot Yoga and Partner Yoga. All classes are taught by me Sophie George. I have a Level 3 Yoga Diploma, awarded by Active IQ (training provided by Group X Training). I am also a member of REPs.

All classes at our studio are suitable for participants of all abilities. We also take private bookings.
