A gentle class suitable for beginners, anyone with a bad back or those just looking for a quieter, slower paced class. The class focuses on stretching to release tension, working to relieve tight shoulders, hips and back and gently strengthening the deep abdominal muscles to protect the back. Miranda

I teach a style of yoga called hatha flow/hatha vinyasa which flows from posture to posture using the breath. However I have a passion for anatomy, which has a strong influence on my teaching. Classes generally involve some pranayama practice (breathing exercises) to improve respiration, calm the mind and increase energy levels. Each class ends with a relaxation session. These classes are suitable for anyone looking to destress, improve their posture, strength, flexibility and general health. The classes are all fairly small so students get plenty of help and postures can be tailored to a student's needs.
I am also fully trained to teach pre and post natal yoga.
