My aim is not to try and make you into a pretzel; the aim of Conscious Yoga is to help you find a sense of space and energy in your body that will allow you to feel more confident in everyday life.

Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, reduce stress levels & find a sense of calm.

Conscious Yoga

I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Goa, rated in the top 10 global yoga schools.

I have been practising yoga for five years encompassing various styles which has given me a deep understanding of the physical and philosophical nature of yoga.

It is my mission to completely disprove the myth that yoga is just for bendy/young/energetic/fit people. This widely held opinion is so completely untrue – yoga truly is for everyone, and everyone can benefit from the mind-body benefits it offers.

My yoga teaching combines a strong foundation in balance, flexibility and strength with a focus on the importance of connecting with the breath and finding inner stillness.

I am passionate about passing on the benefits a yoga practice can offer, both on and off the mat. In our chronically stressed modern world, my special interest is to help ease the feelings of stress and anxiety in body and mind.

I will be offering a range of classes in Salisbury and the surrounding areas to cater for all abilities and varying aspirations; including gentle Hatha, meditation and breath awareness techniques, dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga based practice. I also offer private classes and corporate/office yoga classes, seminars & workshops.

My aim is to give you the tools to take your practice off the mat and into your everyday life; learning to recognise when you need to take some time for yourself to recharge and finding that sense of space and energy in your body that will allow you to feel more confident in everyday life.
