Beginners and Beyond classes are open level welcoming all abilities from beginners to beyond!
The focus of the class is to help build strong foundations to help you safely build length and strength in the body, in turn creating space in your body and mind.
Expect to weave your way through a deliciously sequenced class, designed to leave you feeling stronger, softer and a little taller and lighter in mind.
When in person, join me on Tuesday & Wednesday nights in Bilton, Thursday nights in Dunchurch and Wednesday & Friday mornings at Long Lawford Memorial Hall.

I teach yoga to complete beginners through to yoga teachers & everyone in between, including pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
I invite you to leave your day at the door & come into a lush environment to nurture yourself through connecting to your body & breath. Creating shapes that help to open your body, to release some tension & aches. Creating space for your breath to reach a little further. Leaving class feeling a little softer, a little taller & a little more connected to you.
Whatever the style of the class, be it flow, beginners, beyond or pregnancy or postnatal, my primary focus is you.
