Certified 200 hr (RYT) Yoga Teacher, Post Grad Diploma Yoga Therapist qualification. Living and teaching in Newquay, Cornwall. Owner of Synergy Yoga Studio at Pentire Hotel, Pentire, Newquay.
Classes are open to all levels, therapeutic classes available, one-to-one private and injury focused sessions also available on request.
