This Yoga class is accessible to most people. Each person works at their own level and I am skilled at offering a variety of options to suit different abilities.
The class will include yoga postures, short breathing or meditation practices and relaxation. My anatomical focus is designed to help you learn more about your body in bite-size pieces as you go along.

With an honours degree from UCL in Physiology Loretta trained as a speech and language therapist. She developed her teaching and therapeutic skills working in a variety of settings with adults and children.
Whilst living in New York, Loretta discovered yoga at a particularly stressful time. It was a revelation to her to discover a system which worked towards bringing ‘wholeness’ to every level of one’s being simultaneously. Yoga quickly became an essential part of her life and upon returning to England she trained as a yoga teacher, graduating from the Yoga Academy in 2007.
Loretta’s teaching is rooted in her scientific training and background. She integrates anatomy with yoga in order to fully capitalise on the enormous potential of the human organism for self-healing.
