A fantastic complement to antenatal care. Pregnancy yoga help to maintain strength, stamina and flexibility as well as helping to prevent typical pregnancy ailments. We use various breathing and relaxation combined with birthing positions to help prepare for birth... it is a relaxed and fun atmosphere to meet other mums too.

I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 5 years with a passion for making Yoga accessible to all people, no matter age or ability. I believe strongly in the therapeutic benefits that Yoga can provide; I currently teach one to one classes for children with special needs; I run yoga classes in mainstream schools; pregnancy and postnatal yoga with babies; and beginner - intermediate classes for Adults.
