This is a 6 week course of lessons designed for the absolute yoga beginner.
The course will take you through the beginning of your yoga journey, ensuring that you get the basics right so that you can go from strength to strength and follow many years of safe and healthy yoga practice.
We will teach you some classic yoga postures which will build your balance, strength and flexibility and will improve your overall well-being, building your practice and adding in more postures and stretches as each week goes by.
Each lesson lasts for 70 minutes and you are encouraged to ask questions during the lessons, as very often the question on your tongue is the one burning in everyone else’s mind too.

Price for the course is £39 for 6 x 70 minute classes
(Although this is a 6 week course, lessons are scheduled over an 8 week period so that if you cannot commit to 6 weeks in a row you can miss up to 2 lessons but still complete a 6 week course. This means that anyone who wants to, can attend all 8 classes)

MMyoga is based in Bangor, Co Down, operating out of Ward Park Arras Pavilion, and offers yoga classes (catering predominantly for beginners to yoga, and improvers) as well as Mindful Meditation workshops.
We offer both drop in classes as well as short 6 week courses for the absolute beginner, so if you have always wanted to try yoga, but find it daunting to think of going into a yoga studio where everyone knows what they are doing and seem able to bend themselves into ever convoluted shapes, then this is the place for you.
Offering an environment where everyone is starting from a zero-knowledge basis, the Absolute Beginners classes are ideal for getting you started on your yoga journey, however please do not be put from attending the drop in classes also, as you will be given clear instruction and support at all classes.
