Synergy Yoga utilises the human body as the guide to correct anatomical alignment, through structural balance, embracing the energetic application of yoga techniques. All techniques honour and recognise the individuality of every student and are adjusted for body shapes and proportions.
Choosing a regular weekly class, attending our monthly workshop, having a private group session for yourself, family and friends or opting to have a one-to-one unique and personalised session for yourself or your partner are all available to you.

Classes are open to all levels, therapeutic classes available, one-to-one private and injury focused sessions also available on request.
