I'd LOVE to invite you to my new Yuletide Yoga Class - a peaceful, calm and gentle class for those who prefer a more reflective and nurturing celebration of this season.
In this class we step away from the norm so why not join me for this quiet, introspective practice to round the year off your way in balance, harmony and at peace.... Together we will indulge in a luxurious 90 minute restorative and reflective yoga practice as we celebrate the end of the year with gratitude whilst balancing the darkness and the light of Yule.
Let's welcome in the soft light of this season and allow our practice to encompass soul led somatic movement, subtle yet deeply nourishing stillness, enchanting and gently rhythmic music - refreshing our selves post-practice with a closing circle laced with delicately spiced, aromatic mulled wine & seasonal nibbles.

My name is Louise Fenner and I am a Hatha Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Teacher. I am an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation (BsoM)
I also teach Tai Chi Shibashi, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga and Menopause Yoga (MY).
I teach live "in-person" and online classes in Bristol with an emphasis on supporting complete beginners as they take that exciting first step onto their mats and onwards into the wonderful world of Yoga practice.
I run my own dedicated Yoga Studio in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.
Here, my passion is to grow and nurture a thriving Yoga Community to bring like-minded individuals together, aiming to support them in their Yoga journey both on and off their mats.
