A 2 hour yoga and mindfulness based workshop looking at balance, both physically and in life. We'll explore which bits of life need to be more equal; work, family, relationships and play.
As well as the workshop there will be practical take-away 'homework' (or lifework if you prefer) to help you continue with the practice and make it useful every day. Using a mixture of traditional yoga and Embodied Yoga Principles techniques, this session will be social, fun, deep and practical.
Taught by Emilie Joy Rowell, a qualified 200 hour yoga teacher with 10 years experience. Emilie is a movement teacher and performer using hoop dance and yoga as tools for creativity, health and confidence. Since 2008 she's taught over 1,000 people at classes, festivals and events.
