A unique collaboration between two very different but complementary disciplines. Life coaching and Yoga come together for this one-off event to offer their tools to participants who wish to understand better and manage successfully thought patterns that don't serve them any more.
In the first half of the workshop, led by Vicky, you will have the chance through the use of asana and mantra to energize and charge the body in order to access the more subtle layers of the mind. At this stage, Nicola will take over for the second half of the workshop and introduce the incisive and intelligent enquiries of life coaching to help us listen to and use the messages our bodies are giving us that help guide us to a more centered way of being.
Participants are welcome to the venue 15 minutes before the start of the workshop. Refreshments will be available at no extra cost. It is advised to wear comfortable clothes and carry a notebook if you want to make some notes. All other equipment is provided.

Yoga teaching in a unique and authentic style that will aid and support you on your way towards your physical, spiritual and mental goals. I am an experienced practitioner and teacher and my classes are always warm and inclusive, hosted in a cosy studio. Most of my students leave the class buzzing with energy or super chilled from the long, replenishing relaxations! :)
