Join Kerry in tranquil studios across Kenilworth and Southam this Autumn for a mini reset and retreat day. We can all agree this last 18 months have been testing in many ways, this 3-hour yoga retreat is designed to bring you back down to earth- for a short while at least.
You’ll be welcomed to the studio and begin with some guided breathwork, followed by a 75 minute yoga practice which will begin as a flowing practice and end with restorative postures. Following practice we’ll take a herbal tea (or coffee!) break, before enjoying a guided yoga nidra- a deep, restful meditation which might just well lull you into the land of nod.
To finish the morning a light lunch will be provided, to include dessert- naturally.
Based on feedback from current students at the studio, we are keeping our numbers low for retreats this year and all are capped at 6 students with the safety of both students and teachers as our priority.

An experienced teacher of 8 years, I work primarily with women on a 1-1 and small group basis, at studios in Kenilworth and Southam. Sessions are designed for the student, addressing specific physical and mental goals or concerns. I teach mindfulness and meditation in an accessible way, with a focus on stress reduction. Physically, I focus on improving strength and mobility where necessary, as well as releasing tension in the body. Classes and events are always capped to a maximum of 8 students to ensure a personalised experience.
