This one day workshop is for you, whether you are peri-menopausal, in the full throes of the menopause, coming out the other end or just curious. We will give you tools using the platform of yoga, nutrition and ancient wisdom to help balance your hormones, calm your nervous system and give you a different perspective on what the menopause means.

Hello, welcome to my page. I am a teacher and student of yoga, I have been practising yoga for 24yrs, teaching for 10yrs and it's an integral part of my life. I aspire to practice the principles of yoga both on and off my mat to give be flexibility and strength of body and mind and bring balance to my life. I truly believe that the more we affect change in ourselves, the more we can inspire others to reach for that too.
I teach hatha flow yoga with a focus on alignment and offer classes to adults, teens and children. in addition I offer Restorative yoga, Sound Healing and pregnancy yoga My training has been through Yogacampus in general level teaching, children's yoga, teen yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing . My main teacher is Rod Stryker and have also trained with Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Jo Manuel and Judith Hanson Laseter, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Anne Malone.
