I discovered Yoga in 2010 looking for a remedy for my lower back pain. That first class I took was a game changer. It shed a new light and perspective on important things in life.
Now after 8 years of practicing Yoga I am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher (RYT-200). The styles I am teaching are Ashtanga Modified Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Power Yoga, Restorative.
Yoga is a way of life! It needs to be embodied & lived through. Yoga doesn’t care about looks, race or beliefs, Yoga itself is a transformative journey towards discovering the better version of yourself.
