London Yoga Trainer living in Chiddingstone Hoath, near Edenbridge, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells in Kent. Having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and the Contemporary School of Yoga in London, I focus on Myofascia alignment in the body using vinyasa sequences in heat.
Small drop-in classes are held 4 x a week Chiddingstone Hoath (more suited to those with Yoga experience as these are done in heat and are a strong, dynamic, flowing practice aimed at toning the body, lengthening the limbs and harnessing the mind by focusing the breath).
