Yoga with Rosy at Kings Langley - Tuesday Evenings and Friday Mornings.
A gentle yoga class for all abilities. A warm up to start and then some asanas with stretches followed by a short relaxation at the end. I am back in the hall from 17th August 2021 and also you can join on zoom. Places must be booked if you want a place at the hall - 07534253922
