This class will calm your mind, energise your body and leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. The class will focus on flowing yoga sequences which synchronise movement with the breath and there is a restorative relaxation at the end of every class. I feed a theme into each session, an inspirational and motivational message to enthuse you.

I have been practising yoga for 28 years and I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga as a Hatha yoga teacher, however my experience is drawn from a variety of schools of yoga and different teachers I have met along the way. My classes focus on synchronising movement with breath, whilst developing strength, flexibility and balance and relaxation is woven into the class throughout. The classes are to be enjoyed and I would like to spread my love of yoga to everyone who attends. My aim as a teacher is for everyone to feel more centred, grounded, balanced, focussed and strong, with a sense of ease in mind, body and spirit.
