I am a certified, registered and experienced Yoga Teacher in Transformational Hatha Yoga (SriMa School of Transformational Yoga) & Sivananda Yoga from Sivananda Yoga Vidyapeetham - both from India.

I am also an ERYT-500 & RYT-500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance USA) and the Regional Director of Yoga Alliance International (a non-profit rank).

I provide regular yoga classes with deep learning in Yoga and Certification Programme for Yoga Teacher Training in Transformational & Hatha Yoga.
