I have been teaching in the tradition of Desikachar and Krishnamacharya since 1988, both in the UK and in Canada. I qualified as a KHYF teacher trainer in 2007, and since then have been actively involved in teaching Yoga Journey with Sarah Ryan, an advanced course for those already trained as Yoga Teachers in other traditions. I run seminars and weekly classes in Chard, Somerset.
