Woodyoga offers progressive dynamic vinyasa flow based Hatha Yoga classes to all ages and abilities.
You will learn a variety of poses and techniques that will be built on throughout each term, allowing for noticeable progression for all students.

I have enjoyed a long and varied career as a professional dancer having graduated from Bird College 2002. I have toured the world extensively with the internationally acclaimed Irish dance show 'Spirit of the Dance' as well as numerous other productions.
It was during my time on the road that I found yoga. My touring schedule was incredibly demanding physically and mentally, not helped by cramped traveling conditions and a packed show schedule; yoga proved to be the perfect antidote to restore balance to body and mind.
Over the past 6 years my passion for yoga has grown, so when I finally cast aside my dancing shoes my yoga mat beckoned; there was no doubt in my mind that the continued study of yoga was to become my lifelong passion.
