TIMING: Morning and evening. Each class is of ONE hour (which might exceed by 10-15 minutes depending on the activities involved in a particular class).

Evening: 5.00 pm / 6.00 pm / 7.30 pm
Multiple Yoga - suitable for all ability ranges.
Basic, Intermediate and advanced Asanas (Postures).
Physical and Mental stress issues are addressed.

I am a certified, registered and experienced Yoga Teacher in Transformational Hatha Yoga (SriMa School of Transformational Yoga) & Sivananda Yoga from Sivananda Yoga Vidyapeetham - both from India.
I am also an ERYT-500 & RYT-500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance USA) and the Regional Director of Yoga Alliance International (a non-profit rank).
