Seated Yoga is an accessible, gentle and safe form of exercise using the chair to support us in our movement. It helps to improve your balance, strength, co-ordination and flexibility. The breath is used to help calm us down and clear the mind. Suitable for all ages and those for whom mobility is an issue. Poses are seated with the option of coming out fo the chair for some poses, using the chair for support. The class is interactive with lots of laughter, singing and dancing! Tea, coffee and biscuits are offered after class as an opportunity to socialise in a relaxed atmosphere. £4 for taster class. Free on-site parking. An Advanced 500hours Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance International. I teach Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Hatha, Restorative Yoga and Seated Yoga in Gloucestershire and offer classes locally in Churchdown and surrounding areas.
