A relaxing yoga class performed in candlight. Suitable for beginners and all abilities. A perfect class for improving your general wellbeing by increasing strength, flexibility and help to reduce stress and tension. You will be guided through a sequence of asana (poses), breathing exercises and meditation in a supportive and friendly environment. Mats and all props are provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Pls arrive 15 mins before class starts, especially if you're new to the class.
