An hour session which includes Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Mat Pilates and Fitball and finishing with a relaxation session. A great way to exercise your entire body, firm up core muscles and learn breathing techniques.

A once off joining fee of R70 is payable with commencement of classes. Please enquire via email for full information regarding times and availability.
