Hayley’s aim is to share the practice of yoga with others in a positive and nurturing environment, she promotes yoga as a healthy life style and motivates as well as inspires students to connect with their inner self to explore their potential and heal through the power of yoga. Hayley is trained in the art of Vinyasa flow yoga and modifies this to combine a gentle, restorative flow. Hayley continues to take workshops whenever possible to increase her knowledge in the physical, therapeutic and philosophical aspects of yoga. She strives to bring creativity to her sequencing and hopes students have half as much fun participating in her classes as she has leading them.
