A monthly 90min workshop-like session in a cosy, intimate setting that explores meditation and mindfulness on a deeper level as well as gentle movement. Designed to be experienced once a month around the time of the new moon at 7pm, as an addition to any practice or on its own.
Expect to experience a range of practices such as sound baths, yoga nidra, guided meditations, connection to lunar and seasonal cycles, gentle hatha, yin and vinyasa yoga. Suitable for all. Check dates and book online.

I am a Yoga Alliance trained Instructor, Usui Ryoko Certified Reiki Practitioner and Tarot Reader with 10+ years experience based in Shepperton. I am a passionate storyteller, enthusiastic artist and I find peace in the natural world.
