Hi everyone, I teach Yoga for all levels of experience. I have successfully completed a 500 hour teacher training course with The Traditional Yoga Association. Classes consist of Yoga Asana, creative Vinyasa flows, breath work, sound work and the wonderful Yoga Nidra!
My aim is to bring Yoga to every 'body' in an enjoyable and friendly environment. We are each beautifully unique on the outside and equally so on the inside and as such our range of movement is individual to us. I offer lots of modifications to ensure that Yoga is accessible to everyone. Yvonne 💕
