Lauren Gray Yoga was founded from a deep rooted desire to bring joy and laughter, love and curiosity through the magical art of yoga and meditation.
Movement has always been a core part of my life. Before embracing the beauty of yoga, I was a professional dancer; so, flowing within the splendor of lyrical movement was my second heartbeat. I see it as a way to not only escape the noise and pace of modern life, but also to dive inwards. To dig in your roots, while allowing your branches to wander free.
My passion in life is to share this feeling with as many people as possible. And while dance will always hold a special place in my heart, I have found a new calling: yoga and meditation.
