Hi, I'm Suzanne and I teach mother and baby yoga in East Devon and the surrounding area. I trained with Birthlight and my classes cover babies from 12 weeks to 18 months.
I also offer 1-2-1 sessions where I can come to your home.
Birthlight is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance and the Royal College of Midwives.
As Mum to my own baby I'm very passionate about what I do and I was attracted to Birthlight's principles.
