The Yoga Studio
| The Yoga Studio offers a range of general yoga classes and yoga therapy and homœopathy for medical and non medical conditions . We specialise in yoga for diabetes, high blood pressure, low back pain and pregnancy. Alistair, the principal tutor trained at the Yoga Biomemedical Trust and is a member NHS Register of Complemantary and Alternative Therapists. Other tuturs include Dr. Emmet Devlin, Csilla Toldy and Eddie Kelly. The studio has an ongoing programme of workshops and seminars , often with Internationally renowned tutors and runs a Heuristic Yoga Practitioner training.
