| I have been practicing Yoga since my early teens in 1973 and have been dedicated to the 'Scaravelli inspired' approach since 1993. It is an approach to yoga practise that places its emphasis on quality of movement above achievement of postures ... Although when the right conditions are met, the body can move in astounding ways with surprising simplicity and grace. I run regular classes (private and group) in the South East of England, as well as workshops, weekends and retreats in the UK, Scotland, Holland, France, USA, India, and next year also Turkey, the Canary Islands and possibly Thailand.
