Rest, replenish and re-energise at this magnificent stately home built in 1532, a short train ride from London, surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside with glorious views.
Arrivals on Friday afternoon for a stress-relieving yoga practice followed
by dinner. Each day there will be an early morning pranayama and meditation session before breakfast, and a strong Dynamicflow practice mid-morning. We will replenish ourselves on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with relaxing Yin/Restorative workshops, including Yoga Nidra and Pranayama. There will also be free time to lounge about, take a stroll or enjoy a massage treatment. Departures after lunch on Monday.
From £330 for 3 nights including yoga, accommodation, 3
delicious veggie meals per day, refreshments plus Easter chocs. Accommodation is in comfortable twin/double or single rooms. £150 deposit secures place.
