For centuries yoga has been used to improve disease and ill health. It is one of the best practices for all to develop or enhance the mind-body connection that is so important for a balanced, harmonious state of well-being. It provides non-competitive practical tools that can be used to maximise health in a comfortable encouraging way without stressing an already stressed body. It gently stretches & relaxes muscles, helps relieve unnecessary tension & discomfort, quietens over-active minds & emotions, reduces stress, relaxes the body & mind and connects us with our inner self. The course provides you with skills that you can take home to continue your move towards wellness, peace & harmony.
The course will include aspects of yoga that complement each other to improve energy and well-being.
