We also organise remedial yoga events specifically for those who are not able to participate in general yoga classes.

Benefits of yoga: yoga has been used to improve ill health and disease for many years. It is one of the best practices for all to develop or enhance the mind-body connection that is so important for a balanced, harmonious state of well-being and healing. It provides non-competitive practical tools that can be used to maximise health in a comfortable encouraging way without stressing an already stressed body.
It gently stretches & relaxes muscles, helps relieve unnecessary tension and discomfort, quietens the over-active mind & emotions, reduces stress, relaxes the body & mind and connects us with our inner self. The course will provide you with skills that you can take home to continue moving towards wellness, peace & harmony.
The course may include other practices that complement yoga and can improve energy and well-being. See our website for reviews of previous therapeutic/remedial events.
Free time: there will be some free time for socialising, rest and relaxation.
